Take a bowl and add maida,salt ajwain,ghee,butter and water.Make a soft dough and add 1- tbsp oil and rest for 20- minutes.

After divide the dough into equal balls.

Roll it in the flour and roll like a chapati.take a katori and cut this chapati into round shape.

Take a bowl add maida and water and make a thick paste.Take a roti into your hand apply maida paste in one side and give a cone shape.press tightly.

Roast the roti on a tawa for 1 minutes c.ut the roti into round shape

Heat oil in a pan add chopped carrot,cabbage,capcicum and cook for one minute

Add salt green chilli paste, 2-tbsp boiled corn,grater paneer,cheese,garam masala and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp maids and cook for one minute

Take a small part of stuffing and fill stuffing in to the cone fill all the cones with filling and dip the cone in to maids mixture and coat with dry maids.

Deep fry in oil.

Garnish with coriander chutney and sev and tomato ketchup.
