2large tomatoes
1 teaspoonvinegar

Chop your onions and tomatoes for kachumbari

Season with salt, add vinegar then refrigerate.

For chips, peel the potatoes,slice them into desirable.

Put them in a bowl then season with salt
5

Deep fry them till they're evenly cooked

Serve them with chilled kachumbari.
