Peyajkoli Dim (Egg cooked with Spring Onion)

#winter Winter veggies have their own charm and taste and one of the very famous winter veggies is the most flavourful Spring Onion. I make a great use of this vegetable in both veg and non-veg dishes during winters. Today, keeping the main ingredients as Spring Onion, I have punched it with eggs and the outcome turned out to be really delicious. The dish is best served with hot steamed rice, but one can also have it with roti/phulka/chapatti.
