Ingredients

  • 200 gmfenugreek chopped
  • 50 gmscoriander leaves
  • 1 tbspginger, garlic, green chillies paste
  • 1 tbspajwain, cooking soda
  • 2 cupsgram flour
  • as neededoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tbspsugar, lemon juice
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and make a batter of bhajiya

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and add 2-3 tbsp oil in batter for moan

  3. 3

    Make a bhajiya in oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown

  4. 4

    Enjoy it with chutney
