Ingredients

  1. 200 gmfenugreek chopped
  2. 50 gmscoriander leaves
  3. 1 tbspginger, garlic, green chillies paste
  4. 1 tbspajwain, cooking soda
  5. 2 cupsgram flour
  6. as neededoil
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1 tbspturmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder
  9. 1 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  10. 1 tbspsugar, lemon juice
  11. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and make a batter of bhajiya

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and add 2-3 tbsp oil in batter for moan

  3. 3

    Make a bhajiya in oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown

  4. 4

    Enjoy it with chutney
