Peel off beetroot and finely grated.

In a wok add oil, add nigella seeds and allow it to crackle. Add chopped garlic and shallow fry till the raw aroma disappear. Add beet root, salt, green chilli and cook for few min with a lid.

Remove the lid add sugar and fry on a high flame for few min and beet root fry is ready. Garnish with slitted chilli.
