1lemon sized tamarind
1 cuppeanuts
1onion
1 tablespoonjeera/cumin seeds
1 tablespoonurad daal
10red chillies
To tasteSalt

Steps

1

Dry roast peanuts, jeera, red chillies and urad daal.

Grind all the ingredients except onion without water.
3

Add water and grind to smooth paste.
4

Crush the onion or can dice. Crushed onions gives more taste.
5

Add the crushed onions and serve with hot rice and ghee.
