Soak and rewash the bitterleaf add salt.rinse till is good to your taste.boil the stock fish head and meat adding seasoning,salt,onion.

Bleach the palmoil then pour in the stockfish and meat(boiled) continue boiling.dissove the grinded egusi in a bowl of water dissolve till no lumps is found pour and keep boiling for 15minutes uncovered.

Add salt,crayfish,pepper,royco seasoning after ten minutes put in the bitterleaf simmer small and soup is done.
