Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Beefstake Tomato (1.5-2 per person)
  2. Balsamic vinegar (enough to cover tomatos)
  3. olive oil (75% as much balsamic)
  4. sugar (to taste)
  5. italian herb blend (to taste)
  6. salt (to taste)
  7. garlic (to taste)
  8. diced onion (to taste)
  9. pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chunk up tomato into a bowl and cover with balsamic and olive oil

  2. 2

    Stir in each other ingrediant to taste

  3. 3

    Cover bowl and refridgerate for anywhere from 6 hours to 2 days.

    (2 days is ideal).

  4. 4

    Stir occasionally

  5. 5

    After you allow tomatos to marinade remove, stir once more, and serve.
