Steps

To make haak first we have to shallow fry Bagan in mustard oil then keep it aside

Take utensil put some mustard oil add hing dry red chillies and zeera in it.

Then add haak in it put Salt ;keep it on slow heat and cover it with lid and simmer it for 5 min

After 5 min add Kashmiri Bagan (Kashmiri Bagan) come in green colour. Put Salt according to taste Kashmiri Mich acc t o taste in it then add Kashmiri bariya in it one teaspoon

Keep it for simmer till it get softer5 to 15min

So yr Haak is ready u all can have it with rice,,,,
