Firstly chop all the vegetables you need.

Then take a pan.. Put 2 spoon butter. Add garlic 3-4 choped and ginger grated as much you want and add green chilly

Then mix it well till when its not changed the colour. After this add onion mix it well.

Wait untill onion not changed the colour then add tomato, capsicum, peas, grated carrot mix it well and add some mix as much required.

Then add spices you need salt, turmeric powder, laal mirchi, chilly powder, garam masala, chaat masala and at last maggic masala mix it all..

After that add some water on it.. Its up to you. If you want water more as much you put it.

Then crushed maggi.. And add in it...mix it well

Then grated chesse if you want...
