Steps

Boil colocasia in the pressure cooker. After 1 whistle, turn off the flame. When cooled, peel it.

Roll the colocasia in wheat flour and deep fry.

In a wok, add oil. Heat till it's extremely hot. Add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder colocasia, salt and amchur powder. Stir it. Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
