Steps

Cut the meat into large size and boil for ten minutes to become soft.Boil 4 cups of water.

Grind the garlic and ginger to become soft and crushed.Fry the onions till golden brown.Add the mixture of garlic and ginger and stir till to become brown.

Add the pilau masala mixture and stir for three minutes. Now add the meat and fry till brown

Then add your tomatoes and heat to form a thick soup,add a spoon of salt followed by the 4 cups of boiled water. Then wash the rice add it and stir for five minutes to mix well.

Stir as it cooks and reduce the heat to cook till all the water is absorbed. Now remove it to cool.

Prepare your kachumbari by cutting the onions into small size, wash them using salt,cut your tomatoes and mix.

Serve the pilau with kachumbari and fruits of your choice. Enjoy the meal so enjoyable.
