Steps

First take a wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add ghee or oil, salt and mix well. Add warm water to make a dough.

Knead it well till it becomes soft. Cover the dough and rest for at least 30 minutes.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger chilli paste and sauté. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

Add grated cauliflower and stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, chat masala, Garam masala and salt.

Mix well. Finely add chopped coriander leaves mix well. Switch off the gas. Let it cool down.

Now take a dough and knead it again. Divide the dough into the equal size portion.

Take a small portion and roll it into a small circle. Apply little oil to it.

Place a tbs of stuffing in the centre. Bring all edges together in the centre.Remove the extra part.

Slightly press and flattened with the hand. Sprinkle some flour and roll it into the chapati.

Place the chapati in hot tawa.cook for a while. Then flip the paratha.

Apply some oil or ghee. Flip again and apply some ghee or oil. Cook on both side till golden brown spots appear on both side.

Cauliflower paratha is ready. Serve it with raita and pickle.
