Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppre boiled rice
  2. 1 cuppre boiled peas
  3. 2medium sized carrots
  4. 2medium sized tomatoes
  5. 1large onion
  6. Oil for frying
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a saucepan. Chop and fry the onion till soft.

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes and carrots and salt. Stir and cover. Leave to cook on low heat for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the pre boiled peas and stir. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the pre boiled rice and stir till all the ingredients are fully mixed. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes then serve.
