Wash and soak dal for 2-3hrs. Chop green garlic coriander onion.

Now grind dal in a grinder.without water. if need water add 1-2t.spoon. Make thick batter add salt pepper powder garlic chilli paste green garlic onion coriander turmeric powder nsalt.Now crushed1/2portion of pok and 1/2 portion pok both add in a batter. mix well add pinch soda.and hot oil.

Heat oil and put pakoda with fingers.with thumb impression Fry 1time on a high flame and take out. Fry 2nd time on medium flame.Serve hot.

Tasty tasty pok na vada is ready to serve. With green garlic chilli chutney.
