Soak daal andd rice for 6 hours then grind it and leave for fermentation

After that add salt and beat well

Now take a tawa drizzle some oilspread the batter,now spread grated jaggery and fold it

Now take haldiptta,place batter on it,place jaggery,again olace batter and cover with haldipatta...staem it in a steamer
