Steps

Wash rice with cold water and mix with tuRmeric powder.

Add into a pot of boiling water for some minutes to parboil then wash and set aside.

Put pot on heat and allow to dry up, add vegetable oil and allow to heat up.

Add tomatoes paste and all blended items and fry.

Add meat stock/ruwan nama, maggi, tuRmeric powder, thyme, salt, and water then cover and allow to boil.

Add rice, stir and cover to cook.

Put sliced carrot, green beans and onions in a pan.

Add little oil, curry, maggi and fry till it softens.

Mix with your cooked tuRmeric rice and serve.
