Wash and slice vegetables. Pound pepper and crayfish and keep aside.

Wash, season and cook mea and stock fish until tender, add palm oil, pepper, crayfish, maggi and water and put to boil. Add your melon powder, stir and cook on low heat to avoid burning. Stir ocassionally, then add your pumpkin leaf, cover the pot and cook for a minutes, stir and taste for salt then bring down.
