1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cupwheat flour
1 tbsprava
2 tbsprefined oil
To tastesalt
as neededoil for frying
1Beetroot
1/1 tspBaking soda

Grate beetroot

Add1 cup water and grind beetroot.

Drain juice of beetroot. Keep aside.

Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil. Mix.Add beetroot juice. Make a dough. Keep aside for1/2 an hour.

Take small parts of it and roll as puri and deep fry into oil.
