Cabbage, Peas, and Potato Curry

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a deep skillet or wok. Add the chopped cabbage and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the cabbage and set aside.

Add the remaining oil to the skillet and heat. Add cumin seeds, green chilies, and onions. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and all the spices, and sauté. Add the boiled potatoes and green peas, and cook for a few minutes. Then add the tomato, salt, and the sautéed cabbage. After 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup water (about 120 ml), cover, and cook for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped cilantro.
