Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a mixer,prepare your pan and pour in the batter and bake.

Remove from the pan and allow to cool down,cut into two equal halves, and brush each half with sugar syrup(to soften and moisturize the cake).

Whipp 2 cups of whipping cream + 1 cup cold water/cold milk+1/2 icing sugar untill foamy.

Spread the whipped cream on to the half cake,and place the other half on top.Serve cold.
