Rub th calamari with the spices and aside.

Heat the garlic butter and a little olive oil in a pan. Careful that the garlic doesn't burn.

Add the calamari to the pan and sear it for about 3-4 minutes. Don't overcook it as it can turn rubbery and wont taste as nice.

In another pan, add the remaining olive oil and stir fry the mixed veggies. Depending on how you like your veggies cooked. I prefer crunchy so no more than 6 minutes cooking time.

Lastly, toss the sesame seeds to the stir-fry and serve while hot.
