Roast the brinjals and tomato

Now remove the burnt skin off the brinjals and tomato

Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

Add onion chopped and garlic saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add brinjal and tomato mashed into pieces
- 6
Add sugar and achari masala powder
- 7
Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves
- 8
Serve with plain chapati
