Ingredients

  1. 1Gobi
  2. 1onion
  3. 1spring onion
  4. 1 tspgarlic and ginger paste
  5. 1 tspwhite flour and corn flour
  6. 1 tspSoy sauce
  7. 1 tspChilli sauce
  8. 1 tbspTomato puree
  9. 1 tspVinegar Vinegar
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add corn flour and white flour with Gobi and deep fry in oil

  2. 2

    After this add 1 tsp oil in kadhai add onion, garlic and ginger paste

  3. 3

    Add chilli sauce, tomato puree, soy sauce, vinegar and add salt according to your taste

  4. 4

    Add spring onion and deep fried Gobi and cook it for 5 min
