This fried rice is for a group post with fellow Cookpad friends. This December, the Cookpad challenge is very special because we are recreating dishes from the person who came up with the idea of group posting on Cookpad, which has now become a regular community event. One of them is Vy from Vy's Kitchen. Of course, Cookpad users are already familiar with Vy, as all her dishes are delicious and simple. True to Vy's Kitchen slogan, simply but tasty.

Oh yes, I was confused about which one to recreate. There are so many of Vy's recipes, and they are all delicious. Finally, I chose the fried rice with kaffir lime leaves. Why did I choose this? Because it's unique, and I have never made it before. The distinctive aroma of kaffir lime leaves. Let's try it, friends.
