Take a pan and add 1L milk and boil it at high flame. And then add 2 table spoon of lemon juice🍋. And take an another pan add 1L milk and boil it till it thick or boil it for 10 minutes

Take the boil milk and add sugar, elaichi powder, kesar and yellow food colouring.

Take out the paneer form by milk. After Cooling mash it for 5 minutes. Then, make small balls of that paneer (at least 5-6 balls).

Take a pan and add 2 glass water and boil it. After boiling, add the balls in it. And again boil it for 15-20 minutes. After cooling take out the balls and put it into the cool milk.

Now, rasmalai is ready to eat. Serve it with dry fruits.
