Ingredients

  • 12chicken wings or 24 chicken drumettes
  • 1quarter cup plus 2 teaspoons soy sauce divided
  • 2 tablespoonsdry sherry
  • 2 clovesgarlic minced
  • 2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cuplight or fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonrice vinegar
  • 1half teaspoon Oriental sesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up chicken wings tips at joint; discard tips or save for making chicken broth. Cut each remaining Wing portion at other joint to make two pieces. Place in large plastic bag

  2. 2

    Combine one quarter cup soy sauce Sherry garlic and brown sugar in cup; pour over chicken wings. Close bag securely; turned a coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours

  3. 3

    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sesame oil and remaining two teaspoon soy sauce in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve

  4. 4

    Dream chicken wings; Reserve marinade. Place Wings on rack of broiler pan, brush with half of reserved marinade. Broil 6 inches from heat 10 minutes. Turn Wings Over; brush with remaining marinade. Royal 10 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Serve mayonaisse mixture is a dipping sauce for wings
