Prepare the vegetables.

Marinate the beef with half of the sauce, leave it in a re-sealable bag in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Ready a kettle and some egg noodle nests to be boiled with the meal.

Start to stir fry the vegetables 15 minutes before the beef comes out.

Take the beef out, stir fry that in, but don't add the extra sauce yet, or you won't be able to fry the beef properly.

After the beef is brown, add the sauce, and boil the noodles while you stir fry more for five minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
