Boil the beetroot and carrot in a pressure cooker. For 15min. Then keep aside and let it cool down.

In a blender put chopped beetroot, carrot and banana. Then add gur (Jaggery), milk and curd. Blend it into thick paste. (You can skip the milk)

BEETROOT SMOOTHIE is ready to be served after garnishing with cashew nuts, raisins and sliced kiwi.
