1/2 CKosher Salt
1/4 CFresh Ground Black Pepper
2 tbspGarlic Powder
2 tbspOnion Powder
1 tbspHot Paprika (Hungarian if possible)
1 tbspDried Thyme
1 pinchRed Pepper Flakes

Steps

Combine all ingredients.

Grind in a Spice grinder until powder like.

Place in a shaker and use on Chicken.
