Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Turmeric powder
  3. Salt
  4. Carrot
  5. Green beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice and set on fire to parboil.

  2. 2

    Set pot on fire add, water, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Allow to boil then add parboiled rice and allow to cook.

  4. 4

    Wash and cut vegetables. Add to rice when water is almost dried and allow to simmer.
