Wash the beef and ice fish season and cook till it is soft then remove the ice fish. Debone the smoke fish, wash and slice the okro and ugwu

In a clean pot on fire pour the palm oil let it get hot a bit then add the grinded ogbono and stir it till it well mix

Then add the crayfish, pepper and okpeye stir it very well

Add the sliced okro now add the meat stock and season, add the beef, ice fish and smoked fish

Taste and check if season is ok cover and let it cook for some time

Add the ugwu leaf bring it down and serve with any swallow of choice
