Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and saute.add cauliflower florets,turmuric powder and salt and mix well.

Sprinkle a little water,covet and cook for 4-5 minutes

Add green peas and mix.cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add ginger strips, besan and mix well.cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Add crushed black pepper and mix well.

Serve hot.serve with roti or paratha.
