In a pan take 1 cup of besan dry roast for 2 mins take out immediately. In a new pan add 1.5 tbspn oil once its hot add pinch of hing & ajwain seeds then sliced onions once they are golden brown in color put haldi n bhindi (cut into length) add salt n cover witha lid until d bhindi gets cooked. Once d bhindi is cooked add dry roast besan, all d 3 masalas, little sugar give a nice mix and again cover with lid for another 5-6 mins & 2-3 mins without lid in d last add amchoor powder mix & serve.
