Steps

Firstly wash and grate Gajars,thn in a big, Sepri (Kadai)put oil/ Ghee,whn heating put grated Gajars in it,thn put sugar,stir it,till it becomes pinkish red colour,

Thn put elachi powder and little

Khuskhus and then put Milk and close the Sepri (Kadai),fr at least 15/20 and a medium flame till Gajars is cooked

Thn put cream,and Mawa in it,after few minutes,put all dry fruits (cashews kishmish and badams) in it and stir fr a while
- 5
Lastly serve hot ya eat with chera chapati
- 6
It taste yummy and sweet dessert
