Steps

Chop the chicken and boil with salt until soft.

Chop the onions,capsicum and garlic in a plate. Cut the tomatoes and coriander separately in different plates.

To the frying pan, add a little oil to fry,then add a mixture of onions, garlic and capsicum. As the onions brown, add the tomatoes and a pinch salt and mix well. Cover to allow it to cook and soften

Uncover the pan and add your already boiled chicken and mix well. Add one cup water for stew. Then add royco and mix well. Allow it to cook for few minutes.

Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves on top of the chicken and mix, allow it to cook for 2 minutes and it will be ready to serve.
