I had some leftover cooked pork and half pkt of Sage & Onion stuffing mix. It turned out really lovely.You can do this the same with left over Turkey or Chicken #Sidedish

Boiling water mix into the stuffing mix
- 5
Add the honey and mix
- 6
Add the Stuffing mix to a bigger mixing bowl and add the apple and pork to the mix

All mixed.

Flour the surface that you are going to roll the apple stuffing also add a little to the stuffing if it feels too moist

Pick up a over full tbls of the mix you want the ball shape to be as a bit bigger than a golf ball.

I made 9 ball shape from this.

In a preheated oven add them to a oven dish lined with grease proof paper and cook for 20 minutes on heat 200C, just check and roll them over half way through cooking time. You can spray a little olive oil on them if they are too dry. Just I squirt is enough.

Take them out of the oven and Drizzle a little honey over the top to finish.
