It's a tasty party snack.Specially for vegetarians
Steps

Divide the paneer to three parts.Add one part to mint chutney,second to red chilli sauce paste & third to hung curd.Marinate them & keep in
the refrigerator for 2 hours. - 2
Heat the pan,with butter in it.Add all the diced veggies & ingredients,saute for one minute.

Take another pan with oil in it.fry one by one all three colour marinated paneer in it for one minute. Take them out & let them cool down.

Take a toothpick & skewer with one piece of cooked onion then orange colour paneer and cooked tomato then white colour paneer and cooked capsicum,now green colour paneer.Do this process with remain paneer & veggies.

Place them on a plate, sprinkle some chat masala on it.Garnish with lemon wedges & coriander leaves.

Serve with green chutney,onion rings & any drink of your choice.
