Soak the chana dal 1 hour before.

Heat a pan put oil in it.

Add cumin seeds, all whole spices,green chilli.saute it.

Add onion until pink then add paste and fry it.

Add all spice powder and pour some water,mix it for 2 miniutes.

Add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes.

Now add dal,& pumpkin Fry it add 1 glass of water.

Add salt and lid the pan.cook it for 10 minutes.

Now open the lid,cook & mash it little.

Add coriander leaves then add mango powder.

Remove it from the flame dal should be little thick.

Serve it in bowl. Sprinkle ghee in it.garnish it with mint, coriander leaves & ginger Jullienes.

It is a main course dish take it with lunch or dinner.
