  • 200 gmsraw mung dal
  • 3bitter gourds
  • 1/4 bottlegourd
  • 1 tspcelery seed
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

    Wash and soak the mung dal

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper celery seed and dry chilli

  3. 3

    Add gourd slices and fry

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover to let it soft

  5. 5

    Now add dal and water and simmer till the veggies and dal is soft

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well and switch off

  7. 7

    Your dal is ready
