First heat the oil near about half cup

In mixing bowl add all purpose flour. Add warm oil..Kala jeera and mash well.. Now add water in small portions.And knead the dough.

For stuffing. In a kadhai put some oil.Add chopped onions and fry add ginger and garlic paste and sautw add all dry masala and fry add mashed potatoes, nuts and fry until all get mixed well

Take a small portion of dough.roll out to a puri shape cut in between, now take one part.And make a cone out of this fill the stuffing and close it.

In the meantime in a kadhai put rest of the oil. And keep it in a medium heat.Now deep fry the samosas.
