Fried gram chikki

#cookpadturns2. A twist to regular peanut chikki for special occasion.
Steps

Slightly roast fryed gram don't fry too much it has to be hot

Heat jaggery with 1/4 cup water. After boiling check for hard ball stage. To check take water in a bowl and put few drops of jaggery syrup should be able to make ball like in photo

At this stage add fried gram quickly mix well.

Quickly pour it to greased plate and press

Can also prepare circular balls or bars. If preparing balls be careful because jaggery will be very hot, can burn hand. Cut desired shaped bars and lift bars while it's still hot.

If it's get cold and not able to lift bars heat plate on the flame for 2-3 sec and quickly lift the bars.
