Roasted eggplant tikka

Wash and cut eggplant into slices make thick slices it gets cooked fast and becomes soft if u keep thin slice keep in a bowl into water otherwise it will start changing colour

Now make paste of adding curd and all spices

Mix well and add slices of ahh plant into the masala and make sure it gets coated well from both sides of slice

Now grease the tray with oil of oven or otg

And place the slices nicely

Now keep in oven for 15 to 20 minutes to get roasted on 200°

Now take a skew and and insert one by one slices of eggplant and serve hot garnishing with some coriander or spring onion and with mayonnaise it tastes yummy
