  1. 1/4 kglamb meat
  2. 2medium sized tomatoes
  3. 1medium size onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. Water

    Prepare the ingredients

  2. 2

    Wash the lamb meat and boil for 15minutes

  3. 3

    To the sufuria add two table spoons of cooking oil and onions

  4. 4

    Add the lamb to cook till brownish then add tomatoes and cover for some minutes

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali
