Chicken Livers with Tahini Sauce

Sauté the garlic in olive oil.

Add the chicken livers and sauté. Add the green, red, and yellow bell peppers, and stir with the livers.

Add three tablespoons of tahini, then pour in the chicken broth, salt, and the remaining spices.

Stir and cook over heat until the sauce thickens. Serve with basmati rice or creamy zucchini soup.
