Chop all the veggies given.

Roast the peanuts. And crush them.

In a pan put a teaspoon of olive oil. Put chopped cabbage, bell pepper and carrot in it. Let it be cooked for about 2-3 minutes till carrot gets little bit soft.

Now take all the vegetables in the bowl and put a pinch of salt and black pepper on it.

Put the crushed peanuts in the salad.

Squeeze half a lemon on the salad and mix it well.
