Ingredients

  1. 1medium size carrot
  2. 1medium size onion
  3. 1medium size tomato
  4. 50 gramscabbage
  5. 1medium size cucumber
  6. 1medium size bell pepper
  7. handfulgrapes
  8. handfulcoriander
  9. handfulpeanuts
  10. pinchsalt
  11. pinchblack pepper
  12. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  13. 1small lemon

Steps

    Chop all the veggies given.

  2. 2

    Roast the peanuts. And crush them.

  3. 3

    In a pan put a teaspoon of olive oil. Put chopped cabbage, bell pepper and carrot in it. Let it be cooked for about 2-3 minutes till carrot gets little bit soft.

  4. 4

    Now take all the vegetables in the bowl and put a pinch of salt and black pepper on it.

  5. 5

    Put the crushed peanuts in the salad.

  6. 6

    Squeeze half a lemon on the salad and mix it well.
