Nasi Goreng Pete / Bitter Beans Fried Rice

They say nasi goreng or Indonesian style fried rice is the best. I couldn't agree more. We usually make nasi goreng for breakfast, using left over rice, any kind of veggies or dish we have left. Or for lunch or dinner or anytime of the day.

Bitter bean is the star here. People either love it or hate it, because of the smell. My hubby doesn't like it. I personally love it.

Hope you give this recipe a try.
