Kathi rolls are very healthy because the desired healthy stuffing can be made and elders and kids enjoy this.And we have made the rotis for this with wheat flour.Hence,it is totally healthy and tasty we can mix all purpose flour and wheat flour and also cook the rotis.We have used marinated paneer and vegetables for stuffing..We can use anything for stuffing.And is easy to cook.

Firstly,make the dough using the flour and keep aside.

For stuffing:Marinate the paneer cut the paneer into desired pieces,Take a bowl add curd,Add food colour, red chilli powder,paneer tikka Masala,ginger garlic paste,oil,Salt as per taste and mix well and add paneer pieces to it..Mix and keep aside for 4-5 hours for marination or in refrigerator.After 4-5 hours take a pan pour little oil and cook the paneer until it dries.

For stuffing:Chop the tomatoes green chilli,onion and coriander mint leaves and keep it aside.Add salt as required.

For stuffing :grind coriander and mint chutney

Now roll the rotis using rolling pin and keep it aside.

Take a roti spread green chutney,mayonnaise, Add vegetables add paneer and wrap and it is ready to serve..
