As this is winter season so lots of vegetables are available. This PULAV is made with lots of veggies.
Steps

Clean and wash rice. Soak for 15 minutes. Clean and Wash all vegetables and chop them.

Take a big wok. Heat. Add ghee. Heat. Add bay leaves, cumin seeds, cloves and black pepper corns. Saute for a minute. Add sliced onion. Saute. Cook till they are pink in colour. Add rest of the veggies. Add salt and black pepper powder. Cook on medium flame. Cook for 5 min. Add soaked rice. Saute. Add mint leaves and coriander leaves. Add water. Let it come to boil.

After first boil lower the flame. Cook it covered. Cook till water evaporates. Switch off flame. Rest it for 15 min. Open and serve.
